Ordered two rooms for two nights with breakfast and dinner, however, the dinner is entirely the same dishes for 2nd day. The corridor was old and smelly on high rise floor. The fencing is too short and felt dangerous for family accommodation. The Sunna room seems not functioning well, only at 40 degrees, while steam rooms are all closed. The gym room is acceptable with equipments functioning well.

非常老舊的酒店,完全沒有皇冠品牌該有的品質,公共區域地談霉味很重,甚至還有下雨被浸濕的痕跡; 行政樓層房間玻璃竟然外側磨損看不到外景,換了一間房間才免強接受, 房間可能噴了"香水" 說不出來的怪味,洗臉台竟然破損,馬桶按鈕跳不起來,不會再來住的酒店

脾氣好大的大堂吧服務員！

這是第二次入住同一酒店. 但今次的員工服務態度明顯沒以前那麼好. 首先, 下午4時要求管家部送拖鞋及被子到房間, 結果晚上8時還沒有, 打去問. 接電話的不是馬上解決問題, 而是意圖把責任推到其他同事, 一直對我解釋忘記提供服務的原因. 好了, 第二天, 我到大堂酒吧點了兩杯意大利特濃咖啡(expresso), 我還怕那女員工不清楚, 專登問了是否有供應意大利特濃咖啡. 那位女服務員回應說有, 但要到西餐廳拿過來. 我說沒問題. 然後, 拿回來的是一杯味道不知所謂的超級大杯的即磨咖啡. 我好言告知服務員她給我不是我要的, 因為意大利特濃咖啡(expresso)是很細份量, 一口便飲完的. 她臉色馬上變得很難看, 一言不發的, 當著我面把那兩杯咖啡悔氣到倒掉. 動作跨張, 明顯是向我發脾氣! 全球各地的 crown plaza hotels我住過不少, 從沒像中山這一間的服務. 永遠不會再入住! 補充:　它的房間設施開始舊。牆上有水氣霉菌. 最過份的是，當我晚上準備上床時，才發現關不了燈。結果找來房務的人來查看，又叫了工程部員工來維修才能把房內的燈關上。折騰了接近一小時。
