"The staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind. The room with twin beds was very tiny. Location is convenient. 5 min walk to train and tram that could take you everywhere. The area itself has no tourist attractions. Also, very close to airport- could walk there. Breakfast convenient."

"Basic room, but all that I needed... good bed, good shower, and good TV. The hotel very near to Park Phoenix tram stop which made easy to get to from the airport and easy to cheaply get to Nice centre. The breakfast was great value and good quality. I would definitely stay there again."
