Great location so close to the shops. Right across from Hyde Park that is so beautiful. Staff great, I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Have stayed many times now and have never been disappointed.

Very well located and bit of a hidden gem. Good sized rooms, decent leisure facilities, and well staffed. But, terribly slow wifi (painfully slow). Lifts were being worked on during my stay (May 2026) and it was chaotic - to be expected, but hotel could have managed a bit better with pre communication ...
