Lots of queuing. Check in took a very long time, both waiting and at the desk itself. Long queues for breakfast despite lots of tables being available.

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
The room was clean, little outdated and probably in need of some TLC but we had a great view of London bridge. Staff were nice, unfortunately there was a little bit of communication issues in some aspects. Overall it was a lovely stay

Amazing location, perfect for sightseeing. Lovely big rooms, beautiful bathrooms with luxury toiletries. Great hotel for a trip to the capital.
