Yes rooms are very clean, the entire resort is clean. I had an issue with the shower faucet and it was fixed immediately. Staff very polite. Plenty of bottled water available. Restaurant service slow which should be expected in Mexico,so be prepared to slow down. The Presidente is wonderful!!

Cozumel Hotel & Resort - All Inclusive
We have been going to this property for 25 years. Rooms and hotel are all clean. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. We have seen the quality of the food decrease every year.

The staff was top notch and able to speak many languages. The area was clean. The food was good. It was an all inclusive resort but we tipped anyway because they deserved it!
