We went there with kids, staff was really good, hotel was clean, food options were not many but enough. Longs lines to get breakfast, lunch and dinner. Big disappointment was, this property has very very small access to beach. Consider there is no beach at all and you can enjoy pool instead. The very tine beach part they have at back was fully covered by cruse parked there for all 4 days of our vacation.

First the reservation was not properly repected i was 100% sure that i reserve 2 adult 1 child . I check over the phone my confirmation. But over the phone nothing there was not full indication. Arriving to the hotel only 2 adults appeared . And they charcged me an extra adult which cost more than half of the original price. After paying the xtra money the room was not as the picture showed , the food was terrible not taste. And other famiis had the same problem. I change hotels now expedia wont rebous me and im fighting to get the extra charge rembous also . Very bad experience. Absoluttly not happy with expedia or the hotel in cozumel.

The rooms were extremely clean as was the rest of the resort. The Staff were always very friendly and attentive. The food is adequate with several options. The one negative is the food is always cold. Great place for Retired people, Adults with young families. DO NOT DEPEND ON THE LIFE GUARD, he doesn't pay attention to the SEA. Definitely a false sense of security. Staff should better manage barely legal toxic "Instagramers", it's not spring break in Cancun orTulum... My wife and i have spent the same week there for the last 7 years, looking forward to next year and haven't been home for 24 hours yet.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this resort. The rooms were extremely small, and the bathrooms were even smaller and outdated. The shower didn’t work properly at all. On top of that, the pictures on the website are very deceiving — the actual rooms look nothing like what was advertised. Overall, not worth the price. I would not stay here again.

Unfortunately, our experience at this all-inclusive hotel did not meet expectations. The rooms were quite small and did not resemble the photos provided online. The bathroom had several issues, and the outdated fittings required multiple maintenance visits during our stay. While the food and cleaning staff were polite and attentive, the overall food quality and variety were below average. We also encountered some unprofessional behavior from certain staff members, especially at the front desk and near the pool area. Another downside was that the poolside bar and snack area closed at 6:30 PM, and the other pool bar only offered beer, which felt limited for an all-inclusive property.
