The Grove Park Inn used to be a five star property. It’s a 3 at best today. We went to the GPI to celebrate my son’s birthday. Just to hit the high notes, the service from the staff was terrible. Upon Check In, the 1st room had blood stains on a pillow. I was given another room, and it had a stain on the bathroom floor and the air conditioner smelled like vinegar with cookie pieces broken up in the vent and carpet was lifted in one area. Also had tiny food particles on the floor
