There was $100 pet fee that was not disclosed at the reservation time. The room they chose for us was on the first floor and handicap accessible that we did not need Plus the window open to a big bush. They moved rooms for us and that night at 11:30 PM. Someone tried to come into our room, the front desk told us they had a new system and they were having a hard time with it. There was no breakfast at all not even cereal and then three days after our stay we got charged which I think is very unusual. I don’t like the fact that when I leave a hotel they still have my credit card on file. We were charged and I tried to call the hotel and had to make five different calls to get to the correct number for the front desk just to me not very professionalhousekeeping was great super nice just didn’t seem very well organized. I know it’s out of season and Morehead City but we probably won’t stay there again.
