Allegro Cozumel All Inclusive
A great property, with a well-balanced layout and activities. The only negative was the somewhat average food offered at all meals. There is room for improvement on that aspect, otherwise a lovely hotel.

The property is very run down. We had to switch rooms because our shower flooded the bathroom. Our coffee machine was broken in both rooms. When asking for things some staff rolled their eyes. Iberostar Waves Cozumel - All Inclusive
Check in was very bad. Reserved a specific room which was not ready until after 4pm. Check in manager was very rude and raised her voice to me. My husband spoke to the hotel manager about it. We have stayed there 3 times so far for scuba diving but I will not be back.
