"I found was that my room (133) was fitted out as a disabled room. I am not disabled and did not request such a room. Also, the lavatory/ bathroom had an unpleasant lavatorial odour to it."

"Really easy to get to from the Station. Welcoming staff. Personally found the room really dark, particularly the bathroom area. I'm sure that's just a personal view and some people will like it. Also found the music too loud in the bar area so I couldn't concentrate when trying to work."
