Dear Hotels.com, you have now asked me for feedback about check-in, feedback about my stay while I was there, feedback twice now that I’ve left…. FFS, I stayed one night and all was well, any issues I’ll take up with wherever I’m staying. I’ve unsubscribed from your reminders yet constantly get pestered. Please STOP. And there’s absolutely no need to reply and ask for feedback about your reply. Malmaison is great, Hotels,com not so much.
