Our butler, Roberto was amazing! Mario at the quiet pool bar was amazing! Clean property. Great food, and service was unbelievable! Friendly staff! Everybody was always willing to help if we needed it. We will definitely stay there again!!!

This was my first stay at Grand Sunset Princess and I loved it. Lovely, green area. Beautiful, spacious room with modern bathroom facilities. Fine bed. Room cleaned every day. Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive
Awesome resort with great staff and abundance of wildlife. Food and drinks were on point compared to other resorts that I have visited in the area. Beach area is a safe place for swimming with no waves and lots of shallow water for kids.
