This is a nice hotel with good facilities: pool, gym, conference centre - all that is great. Front staff also nice and helpful . The one thing that is really POOR, and something I am always not looking forward is the breakfast. What a let down! I travel a lot and stay in various hotels in both UK ...

Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel
Welcoming receptionist. Clean, warm, welcoming, well appointed room. Slept very well although, no noise from corridor although somewhat thin walls between rooms as could briefly hear coughing from next room. Very easy for flights to/from Heathrow
