Yes rooms are very clean, the entire resort is clean. I had an issue with the shower faucet and it was fixed immediately. Staff very polite. Plenty of bottled water available. Restaurant service slow which should be expected in Mexico,so be prepared to slow down. The Presidente is wonderful!!

The room was good! The drain didn't drain correctly in the bathroom and we had water dripping from the room above us through the light in the bathroom.
