Staff at front counter not very friendly to non spanish. Ceiling in bar fell in while we were checking in. Rooms are dated. Shower was very difficult to get in and out of. Toilet was awkwardly placed. No bottled water or tissues in rooms or place to purchase other than bar that isn't always open. ...

This is an amazing property. Stay in El prado is an experience in all senses. All staff is amazing very atentive to all guest needs. Food is excelent and the iconic property is stuning. Absolutely recommended.
