Nice stay. water in the shower would all of the sudden get extremely hot and then back to the original temperature again, many time throughout a normal shower. Called to ask where the microwave was located and they advised that they do not offer this service which we found very strange as one might ...

Very nice pool and bar areas with very accommodating staff.The doors to the rooms are very loud when closing almost like it’s being slammed, can be jarring when your in your room and your neighbors don’t close the door gently. My flight was rerouted. I message the hotel to ask if I cancel for a refund. They did not answer calls, ignore Expedia attempts and never responded to my message. They could have atleast respond.
