Staff was excellent. Restaurant was 5 star. Pool side service was excellent with a great lunch menu.

Ibis Bay Beach Resort
The hotel is falling apart... literally. We were on the 2nd floor & the boards on the walkways are rotting out. There were soft spots in the floor of our room. We were afraid to step in certain areas due to fear we would fall through. They have tortoises that looked neglected.
