1st. The room i ordered. They did not have. I ordered king room beach view with patio. Nooe. They gave me a poolside. This is after I called 6 hrs earluer ti find out when we could check in. They said not till 4pm. They gave me a room i front of the stage twith a band that played outside mt door all night. Gave us ear plugs to drown out the boise. No pool view. Just a blue wall. This was not what we ordered dor 300 a night fore.

The front desk clerk was very polite & attentive. She looked very presentable as well. The blueberry lemonade 🍋 was a perfect touch. The room was cute as a button!

Surprise fees, $15 for parking, $50 resort fee, Island outreach fee $2.54, Resort fee tax $2.50, resort fee sales tax $3.75 each and every, day they are worse than a rental car company! Plus my room toilet ran every 5 minutes, I went to the front desk and informed them that the maintenance person made an adjustment and said if that didn't fix it he would have to replace something. It didn't, I went back to the front desk and informed them, their solution was to have me change rooms. I was already unpacked for a two week stay, just fix the thing! (never got fixed so I kept turning off the water after use.) I had room service the first day, made my bed replenished the water and coffee. Then I did not see them again for three days so went to the front desk and complained and they were like "you want service every day?" Uh YES! Notice I said I went down to the desk each time because the phone in the room didn't work.
