A solid experience.

Unfortunately a portion of the hotel was closed off, but thankfully they have 3 pools. The room was large and cozy, but the décor and style felt a little awkward. All in all I would give it a 4 considering what we paid and what we received. Beds were comfortable, but breakfast was not included.

I liked that it is a resort with many outdoor activites to entertain the guests. There was a monsoon rain storm wihich eliminated many ameminties. I didn't llike the fact that my wife and I are seniors (Over 75) and we were assigned a room on 2nd floor the stairway to it was closed for construction and the eleveator was out of order forcing us to carry our belongings up the far stairway. I asked for room change and was told I would have to consult with Jose (manager) who was not on site when we checked in at approx 2:45pm on Saturday 9/6/25. This is not the treatment that I had planned to celebrate my birthday.

They were working on the property during the weekend, as the weather wasnt the greatest whenever we had a chance to be in the pool all we heard was grinding, drillling and banging while they were working right by the pool deck by the mail hotel.
