The resort staff is friendly and helpful. Amazing they have made a tropical oasis in the midst of a heavy thoroughfare and business area. We enjoyed being a bit away from the busy Duvall and seaport area. Our room (King Suite) had water and garden views. L’Occitane bathroom amenities. Attentive house and grounds keepers. A small table and a sitting chair would have been nice to accommodate playing games. I think some rooms we looked at online do. Only had a couch in living room and bed in the bedroom. We brought in the outdoor seats. The king suites and 2 BR suites (which is a lock off on the 3rd floor) require ascending a flight of stairs, although I did see an elevator that may allow better accessibility. The studios are on the ground floor, but still requires walking up 4-5 stairs. There is a shuttle that we didn’t use to get to the beach and old town. Ride-shares are plentiful. The restaurant, for the one meal we ate there, was overpriced ($30 for a full breakfast), service wasn’t very attentive (eggs were overcooked and waitress never checked to ask for me to send them back. I could have tried to get her attention, but she was too busy talking to another employee…we had to ask another person for our check), and 18% gratuity is automatically added. Denny’s is across the street! Overall it was a great stay, I would highly recommend, and we will definitely stay there again on future travels to Key West (just won’t eat at the restaurant). The room was beautiful spacious and had it's own balcony. There were a few things that could be improved: The carpet had a musty smell, we closed the bedroom door and that helped a lot. The Front desk check out person- Ashley was curt. The upper tiles at the surface of the water in the pools are a little dirty/cloudy. They use leaf blowers too frequently at the resort. The good out weighs those things by far - we love this resort. The pools are beautiful, there is lots of space. They have cold drinking water at each pool. They have a shuttle to downtown and the beach, the driver Cornelia was amazing, she is one of the best parts of the hotel! She give tips and is very knowledgeable, plays great music and makes it fun. The concierge Steven was wonderful! He actually cares about your stay and is very helpful. Overall this is a spectacular place to stay!

Our unit has a living room and two balconies with great views. Bell people were great. Shuttles are provided for downtown and the beach. Our unit is on the 2nd floor, climbing up there is a,bit challenging. Enjoyed the stay.

Staff was great. Room was clean although the carpeting was damp. We had hoped for a later check-out as check-in is 4pm and check-out 10am. So we really didnt have time to utilize the pool or restaurant. Traffic can get very busy at hotel entrance. Walgreens next door made it easy to grab a couple of snacks.

Secluded Tropical Resort with Clean Rooms and Great Amenities. Upgraded to the 2-bed/2-bath suite with partial water view of the salt channel. The suite was perfect for our stay with an upper level bedroom (third floor) for our daughter with my wife and I staying on the main level (second floor) that included a living room area and two balconies (water view balcony from bedroom and pool/property view balcony from living room area with photos attached). Clean rooms and overall great value with four pools on the property, a small fitness room, poolside restaurant and beach/Duval St shuttle. Secluded and relaxing tropical atmosphere with Smathers Beach and Duval St easily accessible taking the free shuttle or Uber only a few miles away. Friendly and helpful service at the front desk and throughout the resort. Will stay again on future visits to Key West.

We liked that this property was close to old town but was far enough away to be quiet. The shuttle to and from old town was convenient.
