Check-in was done by what looked like a security guard who was standing off to the side of the desk using a laptop. There are no bellmen which would be no problem except the elevators were not working anywhere in the building and locals informed us that it has been that way for over a year. There is no room service options and no one came and cleaned our rooms during our stay. I gave them two stars for the fact that the room was clean and parking was ample.

Everything here is very clean. Pool water temp was perfect and th pool bar was fantastic. The only thing they could add would be microwaves and laundry bags for each room.

The staff was excellent! I left my suitcase there and they couldn't have been more helpful getting it sent to me! The room was clean. I loved that they had extra chairs to sit on.

We had an overall decent stay and would rate it 3 stars. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout our visit. However, the elevator near our area was not working, so we had to take the stairs to the 2nd floor each time, which was inconvenient. The coffee maker in the room was also not functioning, and no courtesy water bottles at all. With a few maintenance improvements, this could easily be a much better experience.

Friendly Staff, okay rooms. The numbering system for rooms is confusing as hell. We had room 312. NOT the third floor. First floor. Second number indicates floor. Wth! . Also the hvac has you either freezing or warm. No in between. We much prefer Havana Cabana just down the road. Stayed there our final 3 nights.
