Got stuck in key west one night longer than we were supposed to - and so once our flight was canceled at the airport out for the nearest hotel. So we didn’t experience any of the amenities as it was a very quick stay. The hotel room was clean, but very basic and the refrigerator was incredibly loud all night.

Beachside Resort is a surprising big kept secret- the rooms are updated & amazing, the bed was the BEST I have slept in, in a LONG TIME. It felt like I was home- sitting out on the balcony relaxing is what we NEEDED…..we enjoyed being there last week (April2025) on the top floor!!! The Tarven restaurant- the food is 5 Star our waitress was amazing ( she was like a floating butterfly) … The staff was accommodating -my only 1 complaint is that they offer transpiration downtown Key West but we were never told and paid for parking through the nose…the tram (train) station was continently across the street (but were not told ) trying to find parking anywhere down town Key West/Duval street is a Nightmare!!! But overall I had a great time and look forward to returning to Beachside Resort. Thanks Beachside for the Best stay!!!

The internet service was very weak and dropped calls. Room service was basically nonexistent! The breakfast provided by a Starbucks was the worst we ever purchased even the coffee was horrific!

This place is breathtaking! I definitely recommend staying here. The view from the pool is gorgeous. The front desk staff and everyone I have come in to contact with while here was so polite and helpful. It’s very convenient that if I have any questions at all, I just messaged them and they reply super quick and are readily available.My daughter left behind an irreplaceable treasure doll of hers and they are doing everything they can to make sure my little girl gets it back. Would definitely check in here next time. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable! Full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the room definite plus!

We booked this last minute. The room was nice with a king size bed. Mattress was comfortable. Bathroom was good size. The room was clean. Could have used another place in the bathroom to put your stuff on to get ready. Also, was told it costs extra to have the room cleaned. Pool was pretty clean. They could clean the pavers around the pool more toward the back a little better. The beach and the dock area were great. They have some activities available on-site.

Having stayed here numerous times when it was a Marriott property, check in was not welcoming in the least. No one even said welcome, how can I help you, how to connect to Wi-Fi, or any explanation of the property’s facilities, etc. Marriott offered a welcoming champagne, cold infused water, and bottled water upon arrival. It was a pleasant way to arrive after a long journey. Beds made haphazardly, pillows should be trashed. No security in elevators (we used to have to use our room key to operate). Pool area and beach area very nicely improved. Television in bedroom was making popping sounds, sparking, had to unplug. Had no tv. Don’t know if we will make this our #1 stop next trip.
