Shuttle times are extremely accurate. Beautfil place with friendly staff. Only wish checkout time was a bit later. Elevators were out our entire stay. We were on third floor. The staff did offer to help carry our luggage up.

hotel is located near public housing on unattractive island north of key west. rooms are large but unluxurious. hotel has no heat (and it can be chilly). pool are just okay, not worth the high resort fee. hotel shuttle to key west a nice plus.
