Great rooms. Clean, extra large, cool and quiet. Pool area is excellent, plenty of chairs. Lobby was welcoming and staff exceptionally helpful! Nice gym with plenty of equipment for a good workout. An excellent hotel in the Keys! Highly recommend.

40 mile hotel solution at 1 AM after a 3 hour wait

Horrible experience. I always use hotels.com for business trips. This time I used it for a family vacation. We booked a room at the Hilton Garden Inn in Key West, FL. When we went to check in, the woman and man at the desk both said they did not receive a confirmation from Hotels.com and the manager is the one who gets the confirmations who apparently was not on the premises and they were unable to reach him on the phone. I was waiting with my wife and three small kids, one of which is a baby, in the lobby while on the phone with hotels.com, for 3 hours into the next day. The hotel and Hotels.com did not provide us with a proper solution leaving us at 1AM driving hotel to hotel to find a hotel that wasn’t fully booked.

Our room was spotless and had great amenities such as large bottles of shampoo and conditioner built into the wall of the tub/shower. The lighting on the large bathroom mirror was wonderful. The room was soundproof and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. We had no complaints.
