Had issues with being picked up at the airport when we arrived and never recieved a text that we were told we would for checking in to our room since we had flew in and had some time to kill till checkin. We will definitely stay downtown next time, not here.

We believe that Havana cabana should not be presented as a four star hotel. We were assigned a room that looked terrible from an exterior standpoint. When we open the door, a parking lot is right next to us. It felt like being at a motel six. And on the positive side, the pool area was extremely beautiful. The hotel lobby and staff were very nice. The housekeeping was very nice. It’s just where our room was located in the one40 through 46 section was very dirty to look at from the outside. Inside the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. In short, if this was rated properly, we would’ve stayed somewhere else. We wanted to stay at a four-star hotel.

Hotel has the potential to be great but the rooms need a refresh. The bathrooms are scruffy and outdated. The shuttle bus to and from town is unreliable

Didn't get the room we booked but Gen mgr very accommodating. Cuban music was all they played at pool, would've liked more variety. Overall wonderful experience and will book there again. Shuttle to Duvall Street a big plus

We booked well in advance. Asked for our rooms to be close by. We were on opposite sides and that made things very inconvenient due to one vehicle. Had a centipede rolled into the bath towel. The floors are so dirty our feet were black and disgusting. The noise was so loud on top floors it was like they were renovating the rooms overnight! Very dissatisfied overall. This place is not cheap!!
