Shuttle service was good. Only complaint was we were notified night before mandatory fire alarm testing which was all day the next day. We would have plan our day differently. People in next room were very loud.

Our Birthday Club recently stayed at the resort while in town celebrating our Sister Audrey's 60th Birthday. The resort staff were very friendly and accommodating. The front desk team were helpful, the shuttle drivers were friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we got to our destinations, the pool area was beautiful, we felt like we were on a resort in the Caribbean. The bar staff were nice and fun and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of variety. The wait staff were super nice and attentive. I almost forgot, the famous warm cookies did not disappoint!! Lastly, our balcony with the pool view was spacious, had a ceiling fan and provided a great view of the resort courtyard and pool. Overall, our stay was great. We would recommend this resort to others.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Staff was very friendly and everything was kept up so nice. There's a nice restaurant with many choices, nice little convenience store and a tram that takes you to the airport or down to Duval Street every hour. There's also a tram that will take you to the beach and that's all included in your stay. Concierge service was delightful and trying to accommodate you to make sure you have the best time during your vacation. There are all kinds of bikes and golf carts and scooters that you can rent right on the property or they will bring them to you. It was nice being down at the quiet end of the island and going down to Duval Street when you wanted some unique food or shopping experiences. I will definitely return again.

I like that they had a shuttle that picked us up from the airport and took us back to the airport. It also took us to Duval Street. And I like that it ran until 11 p.m. The staff was very nice. Joseph at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. And the shuttle drivers Miguel and innocent were very nice. And we definitely enjoyed the free chocolate chip cookies.
