"Jewelry box was stolen while we were attending friends wedding. The first time it happened in 45+ years of traveling.
The hotel doesn't provide safes. The staff refused to help with anything. The manager just gave us a report and when we asked for specifics of the next steps he said that they can't do anything.
The location of the hotel is in the area with lots of homeless people. We stayed 4 nights and one of the nights the access to the hotel was blocked by the police dealing with encampment right in front.
Be aware that the hotel doesn't have enough parking. Eventhough we were paying for the parking we were told that we will have to park on the street. I'm disabled and all disabled spots were taken with a couple of cars not having the disable plackards. "
