Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I came to stay at the Bay Club for one night and it was perfect. Comfortable, clean and with beautiful views. We were able to watch the boats come in and out of the marina and sail around the bay. There is a restaurant and bar downstairs and while we didn’t get the chance to eat there, it was filled with people, leading me to believe it must be good! The rooms were a good size with lots of space and there are conjoining rooms if you’re traveling with a group. I highly recommend the Bay Club Hotel & Marina! We will be back for sure.

Nice views and comfortable beds

This was a nice hotel and I would stay here again. The view from our room was of downtown San Diego, which was lovely. The view from the restaurant as a lovely marina. The food was good, although the crab in my crab salad was canned (I hate canned crab). But the salad itself was delicious. They were doing some contruction in the lounge area, but it wasn't a problem. They were also paining the hallway on our floor, but, again, it wasn't a problem. We just had to walk on plastic. It was the off-season, so it's not unusual to do work.

The marina and bay views from the room and restaurant were gorgeous. The restaurant had good food and the service throughout the hotel was great. The hotel was a decent driving distance from the zoo. There are a couple of restaurants and coffee shops in reasonable walking distance from the hotel.

My first night someone was so loud in room 138 next-door to us that we were unable to sleep all night. I called the front desk. They did absolutely nothing about it. Next night was the same exact thing I called twice they told me about time security was gonna be sent down. I heard Security walked down the second time And nothing was done. Second night got absolutely no seat was told that we would be taking care of which to me was money back off the room and that did not happen so a terrible Stay the beautiful hotel was gorgeous. Some of the staff was very friendly but no customer service to take care of an issue at 12:30 and 130 and 2 o’clock in the morning. I am still waiting for a refund and I was told when I called my card that I needed to call the hotel. The hotel says they have nothing to do with it because I went through a third-party so now I’m back to my card so it’s a back-and-forth thing.
