Great location; in need of an update.

This hotel has a great location and a ton of potential but is in need of a remodel. The rooms are dated and old with minimal sound proofing so be ready to hear everything from your neighbors. I ended up having to change rooms at 2am to try and get some sleep.

Very pleasant stay in desired SD bay location. Parking a little tricky, even though many spots theoretically available both directly in front and covered underneath. Rooms comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay here again if visiting San Diego.

Been staying there for almost 40 years … mgmt has invested in updating the property and it shows! Great new updates. Would appreciate more toiletries in the room as they are pretty sparse and not great quality but overall always enjoy the stay. Staff are excellent! New GM doing a great job !

We had a marine view room that was very roomy and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Full bar on the first floor, which has happy hour daily with big screen TV’s. The restaurant adjacent to the bar serves full breakfast, lunch and dinner off of a full menu.
