I tried twice to cancel itinerary #73072977390826 before the deadline, but Expedia's virtual AI assistant failed both times. I called the hotel and the employee could not cancel my reservation and was forced by policy to charge me for not staying there. There doesn't appear to be any humans these days at Expedia to make a correction or get help. I am planning to drop Expedia altogether.

There was nobody there to check me in . The parking lot was extreamly dirty with trash everywhere . They told us to come back at 7pm to late for us ,we didnt stay and had to book another hotel and they still took are money.
