Nice person at the desk. The room was newly remodeled but not completely finished. Freeway is noisy and stairs are rusting apart. I recommend fixing the stairs and getting triple pane windows. Sorry!🙂when it’s finished it will be very nice!

Not Good.

The pool was closed. The room had 2 beds and a dresser. No desk, chairs or night stand. The sink did not work properly. The bathroom floor was unsteady. We checked out and left.

Most of the rooms are being remodeled and even the ones being rented are missing stuff like covers for light switches and electrical plugs. TV options are extremely limited. I know it’s cheap but really!

In walking in the room smelled like moldy sheets it was very hot the chair on the desk was falling apart sheets on bed had stains also no WiFi the stairs leading to the second floor felt dangerous and as if they’d break at any moment

Biggest dump ive ever been in

The room was filthy, there were live and dead bees in the room, there was trash left, carpets were dirty, unvaccuumed, and wet. My wife got stung by one of the bees. The front desk didnt offer a refund, but only an insincere, "I'm sorry".

I can't rate my stay as my reservation was canceled by the hotel. I ended up staying at another location in a different city. I wish i could say something about the food, service, and location but i did not stay at this location.

The room that I reserved was not available. The swimming pool was dry and had been for a while. We had to go and ask for towels, and the internet password.

This hotel is by far the worst accommodation I have ever frequented. We checked in to our room to find the door frame splintered and broken, holes/cut-outs in various places in the walls, outlet covers missing from all electrical outlets, a dirty rag on the floor behind the toilet to sop up the dripping toilet, the fire alarm disconnected and sitting on the dresser,  open outlet boxes with exposed wiring, a filthy tub, and bugs that jumped on my daughter as she stood in the room. It advertised a breakfast, which we learned was not offered due to broken equipment. We checked out immediately & will never again book through Expedia.

They tried to deny me a room at first even though I pre checked in and had confirmation and room number. He finally agreed to let me in and give me a room. The room only had one bed. I reserved two. There were cockroaches and other bugs crawling everywhere.

1st room the bathroom light didnt work and had water dripping from it , both bedside lights were unplugged , second room the shower faucet handle fell off and took 10 minutes to get barely warm water . Spider webs in the corners , i could go on but its not worth my time

The room is full of problems. Bathroom is missing a doorknob. The bathtub is clogged really bad. There is not one trashbin in the room. Room smelled of smoke even though I booked for a non-smoking room.

Horrible experience! I checked in he gave me a key to a room someone else was sleeping in! Then I get another room which was disgusting dried toilet paper on the floor from being wet and on the door not to mention worst part there was beg bugs! The pictures online are a lie it doesn’t have floor dirty green carpet from no telling when. Went down to complain and manager wouldn’t approve my refund
