I love Embassy Suites. They never miss, until this time. Every ice maker was out of order, and the usually fantastic breakfast was almost inedible. Eggs were watery and loose, bacon was overcooked and tasted like only grease, and the sausage was all burnt. Another guest warned me on my way in as he was walking out of the eating area. Great hotel, just maybe needs to tweak a few things.

Nice stay great staff

The stay were all very friendly. Breakfast was great. The location is easy to get to and close to alot of stores and restaurants.The only issues i had were while trying to sleep, i could hear every step of the people in the room above me..this was definitely not pleasant when i was awaken at 4 am and i the hotel did not have a hot tub. The pool and patiobarea were nice I was just disappointed thatvthere was not hot tub as this was a specific search criteria for me while searching on hotels.com which initially said there was one

The property was nice along with what appeared to be a nicely clean suite. The shower itself was one of the worst as far as functionality. I do believe they could upgrade their toilet paper. Hallway carpet (at least on the 5th floor) is in need of a deep cleaning or removal. The free breakfast was very nice with many options. Staff was super nice and helpful. Couldn't quite give it 5 stars but they are close with just a few minor fixes. Many restaurants with 5 minute drive and a nice mall. I would stay here again and recommend

This is hands down one of the nicer hotels in the area! Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom didn’t feel like it was last remodeled 25 years ago! The rest of the area hotels are very run down. This is a gem! I almost didn’t want to write a review and let others know this is the place to book! ;)
