Had to change rooms 3 times bc of cigarette and marijuana smells in the room. Jasmine at the front desk was very sweet and professional, and made the swaps quickly and easily. Although my 3rd and final room had not been cleaned properly (beer cap in the floor).

As soon as we walked in it seemed very clean. The young man Trey was very courteous at the front desk. Our room was very clean. You can tell their housekeepers do their jobs well. The hotel was quiet. Our television wouldn't work, and Trey came right away to try to fix it. He even had the oncall maintenance to come look at it. It was not fixed, but they definitely made it right with options to choose from. As a person who doesn't like hotels, I would definitely stay there again.
