Upon arrival the sheets weren’t clean. The service desk was called they wanted to know “WHAT KIND OF STAIN IT WAS?” The refrigerator didn’t work. The front desk was unprofessional.

My room was not serviced properly on the second night of our stay. Towels were not replaced and there was a large amount of dirt lien left in our room. I called the front desk to alert them of my concerns and the gentleman working at the front desk was rude and short with me about my concerns. I took pics of the room and the condition that my room was left. Very unprofessional and dismissive. The restaurant and servers are awesome

Frank?? Front Desk was very helpful and helped me sort through the Expedia payment process. Mrs Ford , and waitress who took my breakfast order were very professional while friendly at the same time. We thought there was a buffet, but it’s for the weekend. They checked on us periodically and explained the menu. Thanks
