Clean convenient felt safe and secure with key card entry into building from parking lot. Its your basic no frills outdated hotel/motel. Bring your plugs if you need to charge electronics. Only found 1 usb charge port on desk in room we stayed. Room was clean had updated tv, nice comfortable and clean bed and bedding, Towels, ice bucket, some paper cup. Mobile gas convenience store next lot over walking distance. Sonic, Applebee’s, Starbucks, 6 mins from Albany Airport. Worked great for hubby and me catching 6am flight. Stayed one night based on rate.

Breakfast wasn't it. They can do better. The lady was at the juice machine trying to had me a cup of juice out of know where. Like she was watching ppls intake of Breakfast and they didn have much choices. Frozen waffles that was sitting opened on a shavels in fridge. I just said No thanks. The place was otherwise ok

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel quiet. Breakfast was a disappointment. Slices of bread to toast. Cereal. Muffins the size of quarters. Next time bring my own breakfast.

Horrible hotel!

It was a terrible stay from start to finish. Check in was slow and complicated. The heater in the room didn’t work well. The tv stopped working after about an hour the hair dryer didn’t work. The hotel is in VERY POOR condition.

I had a really disappointing stay at this hotel. As soon as I walked in, I was hit by an overwhelming smell of cannabis that never went away. It was in the hallways, and even in my room. It made the whole experience extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. Definitely not what I expected or wanted from a hotel stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and professional environment.

They don’t clean room every day, which I was not aware. There is no coffee machine in the rooms. The TV remote did not work the first day because a certain functionality was not there on that remote. breakfast had a very limited option.

Problems with basic amenities.

Great location and space was very clean. Unfortunately the TV was stuck on power save screen, the TV remote did not work. The refrigerator made a clicking sound that got so bad at 4:00 AM I had to unplug it. The shower gel dispenser was broke so I washed with the shampoo. The bedside light had a lightbulb out. The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Wish the room situation was better so I’d return because the cost was very fair.
