The hotel was wonderful. My family, including my children, really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was very convenient, with many restaurants and shopping areas nearby, so we always had something to do outside the hotel. The only downside was breakfast. Guests were given only one pre-served plate with all the food mixed together, which I did not like. I would have preferred the option to serve my own food. Other than that, everything about my stay was great.

The front desk staff was amazing and so helpful to goddess in the right direction of restaurants, upgraded us to a room and just very sweet and considerate! The rest of the staff at the hotel also was very thoughtful, considerate and very welcoming! On that behalf, I would recommend the hotel in a heartbeat as well as how clean the room was it was extremely clean spotless ! Very spacious! The only thing I would’ve changed was the pool could’ve been a little bit bigger and the hot tub definitely could’ve been a little bit bigger for sure and they did have a restaurant but I wouldn’t call a restaurant. I would call it a spot for a quick app or a drink, but not a full restaurant, but I heard it was excellent. We just chose not to eat there because we wanted more but everything else about this place was great!!!!

Our experience was fine. The staff were very nice. I think that a winter storm added a bit more stress than they were prepared to handle, though. They failed to provide us with our breakfast vouchers (though they corrected it the next day upon request) and they ran out of towels, leaving us with just 2 for 4 people (resolved when the crush of guests left)

Staff was very nice and welcoming. The staff gets 5 stars. The hot-tub was out of service after the first night of our 7 night stay. We were really looking forward to that amenity. Housekeeping only came to clean one day of our stay which, we requested and towels were offered on one other occasion. The bed was moderately comfortable. The property was priced correctly.
