This is second time we have stayed here, each time for 4 days. Housekeeping services which was supposed to be every other day was not serviced at all. We had to go to front desk for towels, soap, cups and coffee packages. Where was housekeeping? At least front staff were accommodating and tried fixing and providing for our needs off hours. One later shift employee came and provided the services.
