We booked this trip specifically for the indoor pool, so my kids could enjoy some swimming in February. The night we arrived, the pool was ice cold, and by the next morning, there was a sign at the front desk stating "pool closed". We wound up leaving early and moving to a different hotel down the road with a working pool. A real headache when we were only in town for one weekend.

They gave me a room that hadn't been cleaned. Lauren said. it said the room was cleaned. The bed wasn't made and there were towels on the bathroom floor. She apologized moved me to a different room. However she wasn't very pleasant, she seemed annoyed by it. It was not her fault it said the room was cleaned.

Overall, it was a very nice stay. I really enjoy having my 1st cup of coffee in the room as soon as I wake up. Now for the feedback. Your coffee machines in the rooms are the worst I have ever seen. The pod inserts are flimsy and usually don’t fit into the machine during this day. The pod fell out, knocked over the cup of coffee all over the desk the chair and the floor I would clearly suggest Keurig’s.

The hotel was clean. And the receptionists at the front desk that checked us in was very pleasant. But unfortunately the morning lady was not as friendly and welcoming especially when I asked for the pool area to me opened. And I received the same unpleasant and unwelcoming energy from her. Plus she wasn't nice to the kids when they thanked her for opening the pool area.
