The Room next to mine had a few kids in there that were just acting crazy. Jumping around yelling hitting the wall. I called the front desk about it and they said they would tell the GM about it ? Well I had to call the front desk again to ask them again to please do something about it.

We had to wait past 3:00 to access our room , the staff were deeply apologetic .We had a suite: the couch in the living area was fairly worn out and rather uncomfortable for viewing television; the staff were always friendly and the common areas were always clean despite the high foot traffic. If we come back to Bethlehem, I will book again at this location.

The grounds and hotel are nice, the suite was great for our family but some of the stuff is broken and outdated.the faucets were hanging off of the sinks moving and the hot water in shower did not work.
