The property is clean. I had an issue with my key working and the staff was excellent in resolving the issue and moving to another room. The hot tub was not working so that was a bit disappointing.

Staff was very friendly. It was also a good location. Room was nice and clean. The fridge in our room was broken. Had no place to keep waters, drinks or leftovers cold. I mentioned it to the front desk. They asked if I wanted to switch rooms but we were already unpacked for 3 nights. Not worth the effort for me. Hot tub was out of service, No mention of that anywhere except for there being a sign on the pool exit door. Annoying since one of the reasons we picked this particular hotel was due to them having a Hottub. This hotel also offers "free onsite parking". However, it's not free. there is a $3.87/day plus tax "parking recapture fee" that is not listed anywhere. It was on the final bill. Unless requested otherwise, housekeeping comes every other day. We arrived very late Thursday night/early Friday am. I assumed they would come on Saturday, nope. Had to ask for more towels from the front desk.

Broken hot tub

Hotel was very nice, as were staff. The only complaint I would have is the broken hot tub. We specifically booked this hotel (2 rooms) for the hot tub. Noone told us upon check in that it was broken. We found out when we all went down to use it after a long travel. Very disappointing.

The room wasn't the cleanest. Pube hair left in the shower and the lamps were a bit dusty along with the baseboards in the bathroom. Our toilet clogged very easily. The breakfast wasn't very good and the price was extremely high for what you get. It also states they have a hot tub but it was just a lukewarm spa. Overall it was a decent stay but not for the price you pay.

This Hilton Garden Inn is sub par. I like this particular chain because it’s usually clean. I can’t stand feeling dirty in a hotel and I pay extra to avoid that. This one is kinda gross. There were weird hairs in my room and it was very dusty. The lobby and hallways were dirty. Some spilled food was smushed into the carpet in the hallway the whole time we were there. There was also a random dirty glass with a stray lime wedge near the lobby that nobody could be bothered to move. The back door was broken- couldn’t get in with key. Our room was near it so it was very inconvenient. We carried everything from our car with the dogs to said door and it wouldn’t open. Speaking of the dogs, every time we took them outside we had to prop the door open with a rock so we could get back in without having to walk all the way around the building to the front then all the way through the entire hotel to our room. There were dirty towels left out all night in the courtyard behind the pool. People working in the front were kinda inept. We would have paid for breakfast but the buffet options sucked. And to be honest I was grossed out in general and didn’t trust them to cook. The view from our room was a creepy abandoned property.

It was clean and great for the night. They were very kind and gave us free breakfast for a very minor inconvenience which was unexpected. Just little things like a button on the remote missing and the shampoo and toiletries very low. Beds were comfy, staff was polite and kind. Would definitely stay again!
