Disappointed in the breakfast! Barely any variety! Sausage was to peppery. NO WAFFLES!! The pancakes do not campare. The refrigerator would be to small if staying more then 1 night. The staff was great! Hotel was clean. Liked the dove hba products un the bathroom.

5 stars for the availability for visiting relatives in Hellertown. Minus 2 stars for broken elevator operable by desk clerk. Minus 1 star for only one operable ice machine and that on the 4th floor. And minus 1 star for noisy traffic and noisy HVAC system.

This hotel was a terrible experience. In the mornings, I could not sleep because the staff made too much noise with machines and talked very loudly on their phones. When I checked in at night, there was no parking space for my car, which I cannot just leave anywhere. Also, the elevator was broken when I arrived, and I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. Because of all this, I had to cancel one night of my stay and pay again at another hotel. On top of that, I now have to wait over 10 days to get my money back. For these reasons, I did not enjoy my stay and I would not recommend this place.
