When I arrived at the property they firstly wanted to know about my dog which is an emotional support animal due to my PTSD which I told them she was then she didn't have the card details for my room which was key cash so I had to call Expedia myself and then was on hold for over an hour and that's after I was told that I could not be checked in until my dog was removed from the property unless I could provide her certification which is on my phone she said she needed a paper not the phone and they have no printer either so I had to stand outside in the cold with her until a friend I know happened to come to the hotel and I had to put her in his car in this freezing cold which is absolutely horrible because now my dog is going to have issues being separated from me.rhus has been very traumatic for us both and I would like some sort of compensation for my suffering and for my dogs as well thank you for your time

The smell of the Hotel completely was discussing. Staff was highly disrespectful and unprofessional. Honestly needs to be SHUTDOWN. ROOM had a horrible smell. Overall a bad Hotel to sleep in unless your homeless or its a life or death situation. Never willing will i ever go there again will i ever
