Disappointed in the customer service received upon arriving to the property. The toilet was dirty and the bathroom in one of the rooms did not have hot water. Also, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall and some other electronic device was in the corner of the room that was unrecognizable making us uncomfortable in the space. Appliances need an upgrade.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Very clean room & main areas, breakfast was good, the Christmas decorations were stupendous, the staff were amazing and were all friendly. They go above and beyond; the vibe is just overall wonderful! I would stay here again.

The room was in fairly good condition - but a little more care could be given to keep it fresh looking (paint touch up some carpet replaced). The toilet is very very short and u cant close the bathroom door very easily without getting out of the way of it. Sink and vanity separate from toilet and shower . The hotel was decorated very nicely for Christmas. Staff was a little slow at check in nicely
