The only thing that saved this hotel was the breakfast. Other than that everything else was horrible. We arrived at 11:30pm after a full day at Hershey park. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was on the phone with I believe her manager going back and forth that they over booked and had no rooms available. As a family of 4 we booked a one bedroom suite online when we reached the room after check-in we were given a studio. My husband went to complain but she stated there was nothing they could do except cancel the reservation because they had no more rooms available. So he asked how were we able to book a suite online? After some digging she stated the previous receptionist switched rooms around and gave away our suite. No apology, no partial refund, no incentives.. nothing. The room was small, and with the pull-out couch opened it felt even smaller. The elevators felt as if they would break down any moment, and the hallway are dark and gloomy. The breakfast I must say was very good and the breakfast staff were working non-stop making sure nothing ran out and everything was clean. Other than that I wouldn't stay here again.

Saved my trip.

I had originally booked at a different hotel that ended up being pretty terrifying so it was nice to find this place and stay there. The people were nice, place was clean, no issues at all.
