The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Check in was virtual/kiosk which was a little slow and painful. It was clean and safe. Location was perfect for visiting local wineries between folgalsville and Kutztown. The entire hotel is in need of a remodel/refreshing. But the price was right and it was quiet and bed was comfortable! Breakfast is individually wrapped muffins, OJ and coffee. But there's a Duncan Donuts in the same parking lot and a nice Italian bar and restaurant right across the street. Food and prices were equally good!

Room are tidy, small but we were at a show so no problem. There was adequate water pressure and wash facilities, ice machine. Breakfast is light, bagel, fruit cup or yogurt. Coffee, would like decaf though. Not sure what was going on with the water pipes as there was a high pitched squeal through that kept wife awake. Also whoever gets ice at the machine it always makes a lot of noise and it was EARLY. Perhaps locating the washing machines and ice machines to another room? Clerk was good, efficient. I would stay again.
