It was not like the pictures. First night we had no A/C it was horrible it was cooler in the hall than our room. We did get moved to another room. The price was more than double because of the graduation. Bathroom was awful no water pressure, looked dirty and stained.

Horrible stay - dirty room & bad customer service

Bugs in the room and in the bed. Room and bathroom was dirty, especiallythe shower. The hotel also had the nerve to charge my credit card before I and my other family members checked in that day. The credit card on file was just for the hold of the rooms. I had 3 rooms, and each family member was going to check in and pay with their own card. They would not change it when we checked in. Terrible customer service and not a good, reputable business model to not follow the policy of "pay at hotel" at the time of arrival. Just a terrible experience and I would never stay there again and would definitely not recommend!

Bathroom issues

Our room had an odd smell. Went into the bathroom and the bathtub/shower was moldy and chipped. Looking up, the ceiling had clearly leaked and there were large brown spots. Immediately requested a new room and staff were very accommodating. New room was much better. Clearly renovated but shower still had mold spots at the bottom.

Flies everywhere, we managed to swat and kill 8 but there were still a few more. The room was clean on the surface but could definitely use a deep clean (shampoo the stained carpets, clean baseboard, etc). Very old and outdated, could use a remodel to freshen it up.

Absolutely terrible, room had some sort of red dripping stain from ceiling, floor in bathroom was filthy. We only stayed one night of our three booked nights. After I checked out… I noticed a new charge on my card for an additional $ 155.00 , which no one could explain! Pay a few more dollars and stay somewhere else!!!
