No Sleep!

Room was clean. Setup is good. Only able to get two hours of sleep since the people above us were making so much noise. Told the front desk multiple times to address and finally after 4hours they addressed and by the that time it was 3am. Thought it could have been handled better and addressed quicker.

I like that Parking is free. We have stayed here before however this time we were not happy with the state of the rooms. They were dirty, the toilet wouldn't refill after it was flushed, the sliding door was off the track, when anyone above or beside had a shower it was so loud in our room.

The location is great. Only a short walk to Disneyland. The room was spacious for our family. However, we found a roach in the tub! Now, I don't know if it's because of the building or if a previous guest brought them here since it was the only one we saw during our entire trip, but that was very off-putting.

Our stay was wonderful! Jerry at the front desk was very attentive to our needs. Hotel rooms were quiet at night even with the balcony door open slightly. It was quite soothing!

Thermostat Issues

The thermostat was broken and the room was freezing. We got in at 11:30pm and when we realized at 2:00AM that the air conditioning seemed to be on instead of heat, we just tried to suffer through the night. The bedding was thin too! When I mentioned the issue to the front desk in the morning they asked if I had called the front desk because someone would have come and fixed it. I told her that people were sleeping and it never occurred to me to call for maintenance at that hour. She just said, well if you stay with us again, just know that you can call for assistance 14hours a day.
