Arrived around noon after a very long flight - no rooms available for check in. Other facilities have texted when our room was ready - not here. Dirty, used soap with hair on it in the shower Iron not working but replaced when requested Did not offer Hilton points like others in the area- family owned was the reason? Will likely stay elsewhere next time - still an Ayres, just not this one
