Great staff, especially Claudia in Starbucks and Gabby car valet. These 2 individuals made our stay 100%. Our room was clean, spacious and surprisingly quiet considering it’s so close to a freeway. The drive thru entrance and foyer was exceptionally clean. We didn’t eat there, but used Starbucks a few times. Without Claudia, Starbucks was average. The male working in Starbucks didn’t seem to care too much. We would definitely stay there again. Antonio or Anthony on the front desk wasn’t eager to make our stay better, we asked for an upgrade, we were happy to pay, he didn’t bother to check, he just said, we are full. That’s the reason I took off a star.

Clean room, amazing staff, there is not a breakfast buffet included in your stay. We were lowkey duped into paying 50 bucks for the breakfast buffet. Just eat off site! Otherwise an excellent stay.

We were there for three nights and our room was never cleaned.. I thought breakfast was included (I usually only book hotels when it is) so we paid the first morning but said no thanks the second morning. Room was nice and spacious, comfortable beds. Convenient walk Disney but I don’t know we would stay again.
