waiter at the restaurant on the main floor was soooooooo slow, we had to keep asking for refills ,silverware, etc. he never checked on us. only 4 other people in there so it wasnt lilke it was packed. Horrible service

We stayed for a little over a week and this will be our Paris hotel. The location makes a it a prime property. With the subway station (RER) being walking distance made getting around Paris a walk in the park. There’s also a mall also walking distance with a grocery store inside. Pharmacy also with in walking distance. The hotel provides free shuttle to the parks. It has a Bar and A Restaurant which makes it very convenient. Overall I do recommend this hotel.

I went to check-in only to find out that even though I had a reservation, they didn’t have a room for me. I was walked over to the adjacent property to stay there with no change in rate. They offered free parking but I don’t have a vehicle. They offered dinner, but I already had plans. It was disappointing. And then the other property they put me in was not st the same level. It was not what I expected. I stayed in the past and didn’t have this experience.

Staff was amazing from the valet, to the front desk, to the cleaning staff. Traveling with kids is hard and when front desk saw me arrive with family they offered a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room. They were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. We made many trips to the mini store and cafe at the hotel lobby. Thank you Disneyland Hilton.
