We liked staying at the Hyatt for its convenient location but there are not many dining options close by. We also thought the bed was very uncomfortable being too soft and firm at the same time.

Great value for a 2 nights, and breakfast was a plus! Rooms are very relaxing and modern. I appreciated the cleanliness and the bathroom amenities. Staff at front desk were very welcoming. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time! Would highly recommend for Disney trips since Toy Story bus shuttles were less than 10 min walking.

Overall great hotel, but it was a bit crowded during breakfast hours and reception staff could have been more helpful in pointing out additional seating areas. Food staff were excellent as well as the housekeeping staff. Reception staff were not very friendly if not members.

The pool was so tiny and needed to be cleaned. The room was extremely dark with not enough lighting options, the sheets had actually holes in them and I found the room sparsely furnished. For nearly $600 a night I would expect much more in a room.

Our hot water wasn't working since the second night of our stay. One of the staff said they're going to give us compensation but until now I'm not sure how will it work and will it be true, we'll see. Until this gets resolved, I'll keep my review.
