Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place was clean. I was disappointed in the breakfast. It wasnt very flavorful or any great options. Just very basic. We enjoyed our stay here. A plus that it was across from toy story parking lot so we used that in the morning and walked back at night.

The room, check in and breakfast buffet were great. The buffet had a ton of choices and room for families. The three stars is for a DoorDash purchase dropped at the front desk that disappeared and no knew where it went and our room was never cleaned over our 4day stay. I even called one morning and asked and they said ok. We arrived 10 hours later soaked from the rain storms to find our room in the same state and I had to call for towels and toilet paper.

I thought the hotel was in a great location went to Disneyland so it was very convenient. The only negative was that on the weekend they do not start the breakfast service until 7 AM. whereas during the week, they start at 6 AM. I think that they should start the breakfast service at 6 AM on the weekends since they’re in an area where people are getting up early to go to Disneyland. We unfortunately missed the breakfast service one day because we had to get up early to make it over to the opening of Disneyland.

The walls were quite thin. The person above me on the 3rd floor was making a lot of noise starting at 11pm and didn't stop until 2am. I called the front office several times but they weren't wiling to step in. They did give me some earplugs and that was helpful. Location is solid, good breakfast and otherwise all solid.

I reserved a king sized bed/suite for my daughter and son-in-laws honeymoon. They received a standard room with two queen beds. The front desk was no help and referred them to Expedia. I have had zero results using the Expedia chat.
