I have stayed here a few times. The rooms are much larger than more expensive rooms in the area. It’s a 15 minute walk to parks. It’s clean, quiet, and has a great little store that is open until 2am.

Very quiet hotel even though there's lots of people and kids around. 10 minute walking distance to Disney. Pool and hot tub was the best. The guys who clean the outside area and do the shrubbery need a raise. They were working extremely hard every day and they kept the parking lot very clean. Anything we needed help with they were there immediately and so kind. The same with the cleaning staff and front desk staff. Great experience overall and we had no issues.

not a far walk from Disney, plus dining options close by with extended late night open hours. Room was decent, clean, safe but you do have to pay for parking.

One of my favorite hotels in the area. Only thing is there is no microwave in the room. Have to go to the laundry room to use one between 8am and 10pm I believe.

Great hotel if you're wanting to be in the parks/sightseeing more than in the room. Basic room - but perfect for sleeping/showering in between activities. Great location for Disneyland/California Adventure, but also local shops/food options. About 13 minutes from the Hotel to the esplanade between the two Disney parks - bonus points compared to hotels on the other side of the parks as you don't have to enter via Downtown Disney, which also means walking up to the Disneyland hotel for security, and then the long (busy) walk through Downtown.

The property was was ideally placed for walking to Disneyland and the pool facilities were excellent but unfortunately the road was noisy at night.
