We used to stay here all the time and thought it was a great deal, but the quality has gone down since COVID. They eliminated free breakfast, charge $15/night for parking, and the beds are horribly stiff and uncomfortable. The garage of the Anaheim Garden walk was also very noisy. Staff was pretty lackluster as well, although they did at least give us extra towels and pillows when asked. While it met our needs, we likely won’t stay again. Such a bummer since it used to be our favorite for Disney.

I can’t believe I was over looking this spit on previous trips! Walking distance to Disney, lots of food and shop nearby as well. Room was decent size & clean. The AC works perfectly which to me is a necessity! Staff was quick & friendly. Definitely staying on my good to go back list.

Clean and close to Disney

This is an older hotel but the rooms were clean. The sheets were a little scratchy and the pillows were horrible. Bring your own if you can. You can walk to Disney from here but I wouldn’t stay here again.

We stay here a couple times a year. It’s always clean and feels safe. Walking distance to Disneyland. This last time we were there people were smoking weed right outside our room. Totally disgusting and inconsiderate. Not the hotels problem though. People need to do better and be more respectful of others.

This property is exactly as listed. Photos are current and accurate. The room was very spacious , clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to disneyland and under twenty minutes. This was A huge plus considering the parking cost for the park. The staff was extremely friendly and hopeful. The entire location is clean and you can walk to the anaheim garden walk in two minutes. There is a parking fee at this location , so if you do bring a car prepared to pay for a parking feed , which is only fifteen dollars. Since everything is walkable , that is a bargain. If you're not coming here for disneyland I would suggest getting a second floor room if possible. The only downside was We had a family with small children above us who were jumping off the bed and running around , and it felt like they were in our room. I would definitely stay here again and stay on the second floor.

The room was clean and comfortable. Great AC and a nice little convenience store! The staff was a little short when checking in and the check in time is a hard 3pm, but they held our bags for us both before and after checking in and out. Overall, very nice and super short walk to the park!

Location and price were well. The pillows were very flat and lumpy, I'm glad I got to keep all three pillows for myself. The rooms have very thin wallsand I could hear the next room snoring, even with morning traffic. It's located at the backside of the Anaheim Garden Walk and when traffic is backed up, you'll hear honking for a few minutes at a time. Overall, I probably wont stay here again, but decent enough for the price.

Pretty good for where it was located!

The Kings Inn was a Motel style having all or most rooms with External Entrances. Parking spaces directly in front of rooms and a two story building. With it being so close to the park, the guests on the 2nd floor were up late and we could hear them walking around above us. It felt a little scary being on the bottom floor next to the parking lot and in the back corner with less light. The rooms were pretty spacey though. One thing I will say that was really nice is that they offered phone charger rentals in their lobby for $5/day from a machine. It had any cord needed to charge devices already attached. We used it at the park and it was super nice. It also looked like you could rent a mobility scooter from them if you need it too. All in all, Pretty good for where it was located!

This property is conveniently located near Disneyland and the California Adventure and is within a 20-min walking distance from the parks. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the property has a pool and a laundry room onsite. There are a number of dining options around the property, as well as CVS and Walgreens nearby. The property does not have elevators, so it may be necessary to request a first-floor room if you have physical limitations.
