SCAM- The hotel is advertised as “ breakfast included “ Anyone would expect the standard continental breakfast. But after booking I received this message - “ Basic Light Breakfast serves from 7am to 10am daily . 2 kinds of Granola Bars; 2 kinds of juices, Coffee/Decaf, and Teas. ” I never received response to the message as to why it’s advertised as breakfast and not snacks. Everyone is handed the supposedly breakfast granola when they check in at 3 pm itself. The rooms and furniture are old.. the bathroom is too small and towels are dirty… Worst thing - no one smiles or even cares to wish good morning / evening at the front desk.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. There was mold in our bathroom, and their “free breakfast” was just granola bars and coffee—unacceptable for a place that charged a $150 deposit on top of the $300 we’d already paid for two nights. On check-out day, we asked to extend our parking so we wouldn’t have to pay at Disneyland, and the clerk was rude and refused. We ended up booking a better hotel with actual breakfast for $80 and small deposit. This hotel completely ruined our Disney experience. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re on a tight budget—I’d rather pay more to stay on Disney property than return here.

Having all of the appliances unplugged was a major inconvenience. Taking breakfast away is a huge mistake. It was one of the reasons I booked this hotel; especially since it was advertised as a full breakfast when I booked. A granola bar per person per day, in a brown paper bag, is not far from being treated like an inmate.

We needed an extra parking spot and the Hotel wouldn’t accommodate that. It was sold out and we had to park somewhere else. I offered to pay for a spot but they still said no. So FYI is you only have 1 room and More then 1 car your out of luck.

The room was very outdated. The toilet was very loud and the shower floor looked dirty. I could hear every noise coming from the outside and upstairs. We booked for 3 nights and left one night early. Staff was not friendly especially the night shift attendant.

This budget-friendly hotel is perfectly located just a short 15-20 minute walk (or quick drive) from Disneyland and Downtown Disney, making it ideal for park visits. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with handy amenities like a microwave and fridge. Friendly staff, free parking, and a great value.

The location and staff of this hotel was great, what fell short is advertising “free breakfast”. This was the main reason I booked and when I arrived to check in I was handed a brown paper bag with 4 granola bars and was told that was my “free breakfast”. It should be illegal to promote free breakfast and not actually provide free breakfast to guest. Totally unacceptable.

Parking is an issue… all handicap is at one side of buildings … or in back of buildings farthest from rooms… and night manager calls late at night (waking room up) if parked in 15 minutes zone if no handicap parking anywhere expecting handicap to walk from back of building all the way around …. Continental breakfast is granola bars…. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable… towels are pretty skimpy.
