The last time we stayed here the hotel must have been newly renovated because it was much nicer. This time our floors were horrible, the flooring seemed to be warped or lifting all over the room. It made the room feel old and dirty. The beds were comfortable enough and the room had a nice size mini frig. Good location and good rate, just wish it was in a little better condition.

Most the staff is nice. We was missing a pair of pants and shirt that was left on the bed our second day. We reported it. The 4th day we was missing hearing aids left on the counter. These was also reported lost. We have not heard back so we will contact them. The night time person was so not nice. We avoid her. The place can stand some updating. But it is ok.

5 star but bro g your own breakfast

The staff was courteous. The hotel was clean. Overall day was great, but just to note that the continental breakfast was a brown bag of granola bars so if you’re planning on that, make sure you plan something else for breakfast but other than that the hotel was great would definitely recommend it.

Shower has a lot of hair in it. Dirty floors. Dirty hair drier. Counters didn’t seem like they were cleaned.

Overall ok. The two ladies working the night I stayed weren’t too friendly- didn’t really smile and just looked bothered. The hotel listing advertises breakfast but they actually don’t serve it. They provide you 2 Nature Valley crunchy granola bars for each adult in a brown bag.and tell you they offer water, coffee, and orange juice in the morning. The room itself was decent- clean and comfortable for one night I personally wouldn’t stay two nights. Location of the hotel is the biggest thing this place has going for itself since it’s very close to Disney.

Economic

This is a small place where you can rest and shower with confidence knowing it'll be clean and for a reasonable price. A 15-minute walk takes you to the tram entrance to Disney Town. The light breakfast mentioned above consists of granola bars, which is fine for me since I don't eat breakfast. They also have a lounge with coffee, water, and juice in the main office. This is the third time I've stayed here with my family, and the staff is always willing to help.
