Clean room friendly staff comfortable beds convenient location. The room was humid. There was a portable fan for circulation but the room remained humid. Bearable.

Lobby staff was friendly but not helpful, pool reservation staff were rude and unkind. Room was clean but minimal supplies included, coffee not refilled, soap and shower gel never refilled. Pool was amazing but the staff in charge of the area were very rude and condescending. Food from the restaurant was fabulous and their staff were fantastic. The room had flying bugs in it, all the time. The room was also extremely humid. We would not recommend this hotel. The cons outweigh any of the benefits.

Beds were super comfortable! Pillows were ok went flat during the night! Great location to Disneyland an GardenWalk!! Only negative is there was no bar soap to wash my hands with so I used the body wash from the shower then bought some from amazon fresh!
