We had reserved a king bed studio room. It was unavailable due to overbooking. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. Way more room than we needed, but a generous fulfilment of the reservation.

Lights are motion sensors and they turn off every ten second in the bathroom, dining area and every where. They also have a kitchen that is fully stocked but there’s no dish sponge or dish soap. Lastly, there was just a weird smell from the bedding. Didn’t feel like the place was particularly clean.

Nice to find a full kitchen with ceramic dishes and complete set of cutlery / utensils. Excellent room. Only curious item is the door bolt assembly on the door going into the shower area is mounted backwards. You have to turn the lever to close the door but it just pushes open.

Check was easy and quick. The room was very nice and comfortable. Loved the layout and all of the conveniences in the room. I would have rated a 5 because it was well deserved, except we had an uninvited guest (a pretty big cockroach, like an inch long). I was so disgusted by this as I couldn't remember the last time I'd seen one. Can't wait to unsee this one, lol. Could've just been the last guest, as this room was immaculate, who knows. Breakfast was pretty good. We will start here

Clean room, comfortable beds , and friendly staff . Only issue I had check in time no one was there at 4 waited for about 20min for front desk agent to come down from the 3rd floor. Maybe the hotel is understaffed.
